Ruth is an accomplished business executive with a proven track record in developing and implementing growth opportunities and successfully developing positive and sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders. Ruth’s key focus is always on the delivery of outcomes and reporting to and reaching goals.
Her senior management skills include leading large and complex organisational requirements, project development including monitoring and evaluation, budget reporting and management, team growth, business marketing, and strategy development and implementation for bottom line growth.
Ruth holds a Masters of Business Administration and has previously held positions as Director on two Boards, undertaking child protection. She was also formerly a committee member for the United Nations International Year of Microcredit. In addition, she has contributed to International Conferences, which involved presentations in Rome, Mexico City and Cancun.
Ruth changed her career from ICT business executive to the not for profit sector due to her passion and desire to make a meaningful difference to communities in need.
Ruth’s experience in the not for profit sector has been in the protection and support of children in need and working with communities to overcome poverty and injustice. She has a special interest in social replication and the scaling as well as the development of microcredit and microloans for community development purposes. Ruth is currently continuing her postgraduate studies in Monitoring and Evaluation.
