Founder of Indigenuity Limited (New Zealand)
Inez White is a Te Arawa woman born of Ohinemutu (Ngati Whakaue) and Mourea (Ngati Pikiao) whakapapa. She is a papakainga girl.
Professionally, Inez is a Registered Valuer in New Zealand and previously in Australia.
Having acquired her specialist skill set at RMIT University in Melbourne Australia, Inez has had the opportunity to learn from top industry minds. Moving back to Rotorua in 2013 was the beginning of her journey to working specifically in Maori property consultancy.
With high aspirations for her people, Inez founded Indigenuity Limited in 2016. The focus of Indigenuity Limited is to deliver a 12 week course helping whānau of an indigenous mind set, to navigate the waters of home ownership and has been instrumental in achieving over 20 whanau to home ownership to date.
She has had the privilege of being able to share her wealth of knowledge on other platforms include RadioNZ speaking on the topic of “Home ownership for Māori” as well as the Maori Womens Development Incorporation speaking on Financial barriers to starting your own business” and most recently, The Federation of Māori Authorities, Huihuinga wāhine conference 2017 where Inez spoke on her most recent business venture of Papakāinga Consultancy.
In addition to being an industry leader, Inez is focused on securing a future that allows for her tamariki and moko to be strong, focused and determined.
