Participative Session 6: Imagining an Aotearoa New Zealand where all our children and whānau flourish

Thursday 28th September 1:30PM - 3:00PM The Piano, The Box
Facilitator: Megan Thomas

He oranga tamariki, he oranga whānau, he oranga tāngata. The J R McKenzie Trust has established a fund dedicated to reducing child poverty in Aotearoa. This session is an opportunity to generate or polish ideas to feed into this project, and to co-develop suitable and effective solutions to deliver long-term change for our children and our whānau. How do our society’s systems contribute to some of us living in poverty and hardship? How do we improve systems? How can social enterprise help? Do you have an idea that could help us make this a reality? Bring your imagination, creativity and ideas to a session that will be highly participative and interactive. We welcome insights and inspiration from representatives of all countries to help our people flourish.
